Job Description

Position: Business Systems Administrator (NetSuite)

Location: Remote (Global)

Employment Type: Full-Time | M-F

Scope of the Role:

The Business Systems Administrator will serve as the internal expert responsible for managing and optimising the company’s NetSuite ERP system and its integrations across the broader commerce technology stack.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring system performance, data integrity, and seamless integration between NetSuite, SuperSync, Celigo, Shopify, and other operational platforms.

The position reports directly to the CFO and collaborates with finance, operations, and technical teams to support business-critical processes.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring optimal configuration and performance.
  • Manage integrations between NetSuite, SuperSync, Celigo, and Shopify.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
  • Map business processes into system workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Extract and analyze system data to generate regular reports for finance and leadership teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify system optimization opportunities.
  • Support new system implementations and feature rollouts.
  • Document system architecture, workflows, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or ERP Systems Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP configuration and administration.
  • Experience managing system integrations between NetSuite and e-commerce platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with the Celigo integration platform.
  • Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem integrations.
  • Strong understanding of ERP ecosystem architecture and integration management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in extracting and reporting system data.
  • Ability to translate business processes into scalable system workflows.
  • Experience collaborating with finance and operations teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience implementing or using SmartSheet. 
  • Experience working in e-commerce or consumer brands.
