Job Description

Role
The Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of new features and product enhancements by driving clear, detailed requirements gathering and cross-functional alignment. The Business Analyst is responsible for eliciting and documenting detailed requirements through interviews and discussions with both internal and external stakeholders. This includes translating business needs into well-structured user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria. The role requires a strong understanding of feature goals and product vision in order to identify and analyze key use cases and workflows.
Working closely with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, developers, and engineers, the Business Analyst helps shape workflow and design requirements, ensuring that all relevant perspectives—including cross-functional dependencies—are incorporated. The role also collaborates with customer-facing teams and clients to ensure requirements reflect real-world needs and that product designs support both user experience and operational objectives.
Throughout the development cycle, the Business Analyst facilitates ongoing feedback loops by conducting demonstrations and review sessions with stakeholders, enabling timely input and alignment as features evolve.
