Job Description

At Provectus, we design and build AI-driven products that empower businesses and people. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can think strategically, design with craft, and thrive in an environment where technology, data, and design intersect.
What you’ll do:
  • Lead the end-to-end design process across mobile and web platforms — from discovery and ideation to high-fidelity design and handoff.
  • Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate workflows and improve quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — product managers, engineers, and AI specialists — to craft solutions that are both human-centered and technically feasible.
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to align teams and stakeholders around shared goals.
  • Drive clarity through ambiguity, helping your team navigate complex problem spaces and shape direction with confidence.
  • Deliver pixel-perfect interfaces and seamless user experiences, maintaining a high visual and interaction design standard.
  • Communicate design decisions effectively and ensure stakeholder alignment on the product vision and priorities.
What we’re looking for:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or equivalent role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing craft, systems thinking, and end-to-end product impact.
  • Proven track record working in cross-functional teams in fast-paced, collaborative settings.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Passion for exploring how AI can enhance both the design process and the user experience.
Nice to have:
  • Experience designing AI-powered user experiences or integrating AI features into products.
  • Experience mentoring other designers and fostering a collaborative, learning-oriented environment.
