About the Opportunity

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, Inspire, and Grow: Build and maintain a high-performance sales team by mentoring, motivating, and empowering individuals to exceed their goals.

  • Be the Player-Coach: Work alongside your team—prospecting, pitching, and closing deals—while guiding them to replicate success.

  • Hit (and Exceed) Targets: Drive consistent sales performance by fostering customer relationships built on trust, credibility, and value.

  • Strategize for Success: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with regional and global objectives.

  • Elevate Team Performance: Conduct pipeline reviews, guide account planning, and identify opportunities to optimize efficiency and growth.

  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent the company’s values and vision across the region, contributing to both revenue and team culture.

  • Shape the Future: Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of top talent across Malaysia.

  • Continuous Learning: Champion sales mastery by training and developing your team’s sales, product, and leadership skills.

What You Bring

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales.

    • 3+ years in a sales leadership role, managing high-performing teams in a SaaS environment.

    • A hunter mindset with a strong background in cold calling, lead generation, and deal conversion.

  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with the ability to inspire performance and accountability.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint), CRM platforms, and virtual meeting tools.

    • Working knowledge of social selling and conversational intelligence platforms.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    • Culturally attuned, adaptable, and able to thrive in a diverse, remote team environment.
