This person lives and breathes content, from scriptwriting and editing to trend research and analytics. You’ll develop and execute a cross-platform strategy that tells our story through bold visuals, sharp hooks, and compelling storytelling.
You’ll work closely with our leadership and marketing teams to develop a strong content rhythm, maintain a consistent brand voice, and drive organic growth across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

Core Responsibilities
- Plan & Execute Social Strategy: Build and manage a content calendar across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Content Creation: Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality short-form videos optimized for each platform.
- Scriptwriting: Write concise, scroll-stopping scripts and captions that align with our brand tone and content goals.
- Video Editing: Edit short-form videos with dynamic pacing, captions, transitions, and sound design to maximize retention.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track performance data, identify trends, and adjust strategy based on what’s driving engagement.
- Community Management: Engage with followers and communities to build brand affinity and drive interaction.
- Trend Research: Stay ahead of viral formats, algorithm updates, and creative trends across all major platforms.
Must-Haves
- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Strategist, ideally for a B2B Service company.
- Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut).
- Proven experience writing video scripts and captions that convert views into engagement.
- Intermediate graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency with social scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms, storytelling, and content pacing.
- Excellent communication and project management skills — able to plan, execute, and deliver consistently.
- Experience managing personal brands, agencies, or B2B service companies.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, OpusClip, Descript, or Synthesia.
