About the Job

The future of enterprise software is clear: traditional applications will remain systems of record, storing the truth of business data. But the real value will come from AI-driven systems of action — software that understands, decides, and executes.

At blp, this future is already here. Our SaaS digital twin ERP enables AI to understand, decide and execute ERP processes. To make this possible, our Integrations Team builds the bridges between customer ERPs and blp — turning fragmented systems of record into a unified system of action.

As an Integrations Architect, you’ll:

  • Dive into new processes and ERP systems, mastering their complexity

  • Collaborate directly with customers to design and deliver seamless integrations

  • Own existing and new integrations end-to-end, shaping how global enterprises connect to blp

This is NOT a narrow coding role. It’s about building the foundation for how AI transforms enterprise technology. You’ll collaborate directly with customers, own existing and new integrations, and make sure blp becomes the most seamless ERP automation layer in the market. Combine technical expertise, process understanding, and customer interaction to drive impact at scale.

Join us and help move enterprises from systems of record to systems of action. And in doing so, help build the future of AI technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and own integration projects connecting blp to our client ERPs (today we integrate 30+ ERPs, tomorrow we aim for 300+)

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications and deliverables.

  • Define integration standards and ensure new implementations consistently meet them

  • Standardize, document, and continuously improve integration workflows

  • Create playbooks, templates, and self-service resources for partners and customers

Requirements - Must:

  • 3+ years of experience in ERP integration, ERP development, or technical ERP consulting

  • Solid understanding of ERP processes & systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, proAlpha, abas, or others)

  • Experience in software development including cloud infrastructure, strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines and modern dev workflows

  • Advanced knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)

  • Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, and SaaS integrations

  • Ability to work directly with customers and translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Communication skills in German and English

Benefits:

  • The job is anything but 0-8-15, every day the same thing. You’ll learn about 20+ ERP systems, different processes, and become an expert in enterprise integrations

  • Lead and own projects end-to-end with full accountability

  • Collaborate directly with global industry leaders and their IT teams

  • Remote flexibility: Work from anywhere, with HQ space in Zürich if you prefer

  • Shape a fast-scaling AI company from the ground up

  • Competitive compensation incl. equity and performance bonuses

  • Be part of a category-defining product and shape the future of ERP automation
