🔍 Your Responsibilities
Develop and optimize features using Python and Flask, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Contribute to the release cycle, ensuring smooth deployments and beta releases.
Review and provide feedback on pull requests, helping to maintain clean, efficient code.
Assist associate developers, guiding them through best practices and helping them grow.
Perform code reviews, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring coding standards are met.
Collaborate with senior developers, providing valuable insights from the development team.
Bring fresh ideas to improve workflows, development stacks, and team processes.
⚡ Do You Have What It Takes?
3+ years of experience in Python and Flask.
Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and NoSQL solutions (DynamoDB, Redis).
Proficiency with Docker and containerization workflows.
Ability to design, develop, and integrate REST APIs.
Solid grasp of Linux environments.
Great English communication skills to navigate rapidly changing business contexts and technical discussions.
Experience in unit testing and CI/CD workflows.
A problem-solving mindset with strong knowledge of OOP and SOLID principles.
Foundational knowledge of AWS.
Bonus points for experience with microservice architecture!
