- Serve as the primary escalation point for consultants encountering implementation roadblocks
Consultant Enablement (20–25%)
- Train implementation consultants on platform capabilities, technical best practices, and common patterns
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and troubleshooting resources
- Create standardized implementation methodologies and reusable patterns
- Lead technical workshops and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions
Product Feedback & Improvement (10–15%)
- Capture recurring implementation challenges and consultant feedback
- Partner with product management to advocate for UI and configuration enhancements
- Identify opportunities to simplify deployment processes through product improvements
- Contribute to requirements for tools that increase consultant autonomy and reduce support needs

- Background in enterprise software implementations or complex systems integration
- Proven experience training consultants or technical users
- Comfortable collaborating with external partners and consultant teams
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new environments

- Mentorship as you ramp up on product, industry, and internal processes
- A collaborative environment working across Innovation, Services, and Engineering teams
