AI & Automation: Generative AI

Agile & Tools: JIRA, DevOps, Visio, Xmind, Bizagi Modeler

Experience: 7-9 years

Location : Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes.

Develop functional and technical specifications for new and existing systems.

Work closely with product managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure proper understanding and implementation of requirements.

Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or system enhancements.

Create wireframes, flowcharts, and other visual documentation to illustrate business processes.

Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Assist in project management activities, including tracking deliverables and ensuring timely execution.

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by developing test cases and coordinating with end users.

Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
