Role Overview:

Job Title: Content Creator (Remote)

Location: Remote

Our client is seeking a creative and detail oriented Content Creator to support the development, management, and optimization of engaging e-learning content. This role focuses on designing, developing, and publishing interactive training content using the Tovuti Learning Management System (LMS) and related content creation tools to support education and training initiatives for small business contractors across the United States.

The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, content creation, and multimedia development, and be comfortable collaborating with internal teams and subject matter experts.


Key Responsibilities

Content Development

  • Design, create, and edit interactive e-learning modules, courses, and training materials using Synthesia AI, Tovuti LMS and other platforms.

  • Develop multimedia content including videos, graphics, quizzes, and presentations to enhance learning engagement.

  • Ensure all content is aligned with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.

LMS Management & Optimization

  • Upload, organize, and manage content within the Tovuti LMS.

  • Structure courses effectively for ease of navigation and learning impact.

  • Troubleshoot content-related issues within the LMS and collaborate with technical teams as needed.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and instructional designers to develop relevant and accurate content.

  • Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to improve course content and delivery.

  • Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and learning objectives across all materials.

Assessment & Reporting

  • Create assessments, quizzes, and knowledge checks to measure learner progress and comprehension.

  • Track learner engagement and performance metrics within the LMS.

  • Provide periodic reports on course effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.

Content Compliance & Accessibility

  • Stay informed on best practices in instructional design, e-learning trends, and Tovuti LMS capabilities.

  • Ensure all content is accessible and compliant with relevant standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or content creation

  • Proficiency with LMS platforms (Tovuti preferred) and content management systems

  • Strong multimedia production skills (video editing, graphic design, interactive content development)

  • Understanding of adult learning principles and online training methodologies

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills

  • Strong technical proficiency and ability to learn new systems

Training & Support

  • MBDI will provide online training on how to use the Tovuti LMS

  • Candidate will complete short online courses to gain proficiency in the LMS platform

Expected Deliverables

  • Fully developed and published courses within the Tovuti LMS

  • Interactive and engaging learning materials, including multimedia elements

  • Reports on learner engagement, progress, and course effectiveness

  • Continuous updates and improvements to existing content as needed
