Job Description

Clear Capital is a national real estate analytics, data solutions and valuation technology company. We’re looking for a highly creative and results-driven Content Marketing Manager to join our marketing team! Content marketing is vital to our growth and success, and you’ll play a crucial role in generating interest in Clear Capital and our offerings at all stages of the customer journey.
What You Will Work On
  • Creating content that illuminates, inspires, and ignites curiosity about Clear Capital and the real estate valuation tech industry.
  • Further define and codify Clear Capital’s voice and tone, exemplify it in the content you create, and advocate for its adoption across the company.
  • Creating a content strategy that can help Clear Capital reach its website traffic goals.
  • Campaign-based content, including emails, landing pages, blog posts, videos, datasheets, and more.
  • Website content, including auditing the existing content on the company’s website for brand voice, relevance, and SEO/AEO/GEO optimization
  • Competitor research, including researching competitors to find content gaps and keyword gaps.
  • Social media content to promote a consistent brand identity through Clear Capital’s social media profiles, and launching new social media channels (e.g., TikTok).
  • Corporate content, including company one-sheets, internal blog posts, leadership bios, and more.
  • Maintaining the content publishing calendar.
  • Serving as “deputy editor” for a multitude of copy editing / copywriting requests.

Who We Are Looking For
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in journalism/PR, marketing, writing/editing, or a related field.
  • A skilled storyteller (writer/editor, video creator, etc.) who can cut through jargon, “thesaurus soup,” and ambiguity to understand the underlying story that needs to be told.
  • Comfortable with all steps of the creative process, from the chaos of strategy and ideation, to the grind of execution and publishing, to the routine of measurement and optimization.
  • An AP Style nerd who unfortunately can’t read without editing.
  • Insatiably curious — you like to learn, experiment, and operate with a growth mindset.
  • Self-motivated — you take pride in your work and performance.
  • Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Cloud preferred.
  • Strong project and time-management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism/PR, marketing, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $90,400 to $136,700 annually, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation offerings include a company profit-sharing bonus program, communication stipends, and referral bonuses.
