Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Intelligence/Data Analyst to support ad-hoc reporting, dashboard development, and data accuracy across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working deeply with data models, semantic-layer BI tools, and SQL, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

You’ll become a subject-matter expert on our database and reporting structure, build and maintain dashboards in a Looker-like BI tool (Omni), and help ensure that data insights are reliable, actionable, and well-documented. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with exposure to real business decision-making.

🌟  What You'll Do

  • Become an SME on database and table structures used for reporting
  • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports using Omni (similar to Looker)
  • Support new ad-hoc reporting requests and maintain existing dashboards
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all visualizations
  • Partner with stakeholders across teams to understand data needs and deliver insights
  • Document and update SOPs, reporting guides, and data definitions
  • Use AI tools to speed up analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving

✅ Must-Haves

  • Experience using BI tools (Looker, Omni, Mode, Metabase, Sigma, or similar)
  • Intermediate SQL experience (joins, subqueries, aggregations)
  • Strong data visualization skills with a proven reporting portfolio
  • Experience analyzing large datasets from multiple sources
  • Client-facing experience with professional written communication
  • Systems-minded and able to quickly learn new tools and data structures
  • Experience using AI tools or prompt-based workflows
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack
  • Ability to work PST hours (9am–5pm PT)

⚠️ Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with PostgreSQL
  • Experience troubleshooting table structures or indexes
  • Background in logistics, construction, or operations-heavy industries

  • Monthly Salary: starts at PHP 100,000
