Position Overview:
Blueprint Creative Group is seeking a Data Analyst to support the campaign’s performance measurement and reporting in partnership with the Behavioral Science Lead. This role ensures accurate synthesis and presentation of campaign metrics and Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) data for client's evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and visualize campaign data across all media, outreach, and engagement activities.
Develop dashboards that track reach, engagement, conversion, and sentiment metrics.
Partner with the Behavioral Science Lead to evaluate campaign performance using behavioral science frameworks.
Synthesize RCT data into actionable insights and ensure on-time delivery of evaluation reports.
Support continuous learning by sharing insights that inform creative and media optimization.
Maintain data integrity and compliance with state data governance standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, or public health.
3–5 years of experience analyzing public health or communications campaign data.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Knowledge of behavioral science metrics and evaluation methodologies.
