What’s the opportunity? 
Turn our delivery data and knowledge into action. You’ll own KPI frameworks, quality control, MPAD governance, and our Guru knowledge base—creating a trusted single source of truth. You will stitch insights across HubSpot (deals, Go‑Live statuses) and Jira (project/tasks) to drive transparency and continuous improvement.



What will I be doing?

    • Own Delivery KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence (QBR/MBR).
    • Define data lineage across HubSpot, Jira, and BI, ensuring consistent definitions and trusted metrics.
    • Lead quality control: process adherence audits, artifact reviews (e.g., Go‑Live packs), sampling plans, and CAPA tracking in Jira.
    • Publish audit outcomes and follow-ups.
    • Own MPAD as the single source of truth for deals: define schema, validation rules, completeness/accuracy monitoring.
    • Integrate HubSpot deal data and Jira delivery milestones, with automated hygiene reports.
    • Build and manage the Delivery knowledge base in Guru: information architecture, taxonomy, authoring standards, lifecycle (draft/review/approve/retire), and usage analytics.
    • Ensure links to HubSpot playbooks and Jira runbooks.
    • Analyze triage performance (precision, recall, false positives) and thresholds; provide rule refinements and operational recommendations using HubSpot deal attributes and Jira signals.
    • Publish a monthly Delivery transparency pack (trends, risks, actions), grounded in HubSpot/Jira telemetry and MPAD quality metrics.
    • Apply PM skills to run analytics and quality initiatives: roadmap, stakeholder updates, risk tracking, and cross-team execution.

What skills do I need?

    • 6–8+ years in analytics/quality/operations PMO with hands-on BI/reporting; experience building KPI catalogs and executive-ready dashboards.
    • Strong data modeling and instrumentation across HubSpot and Jira; familiarity with syncing properties/fields, pipelines, issue types, and data contracts to BI.
    • Experience running quality programs (adherence audits, checklists, sampling, CAPA) and measuring outcomes.
    • Comfort managing CAPAs in Jira.Knowledge management expertise: taxonomy/IA, content lifecycle, adoption metrics; Guru or similar KM platforms.
    • PM skills: scoping data/quality projects, managing stakeholders, RAID, and on-time delivery.Proficiency with BI tools and spreadsheets; clear communicator who influences decisions with data.
