Job Description
Little more about the team:
The GTM Systems team sits at the center of Honeycomb’s Revenue organization, powering the tools, automations, and data flows that enable Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to operate with speed and precision. We manage a 20+-tool GTM tech stack and partner deeply across RevOps, CS Ops, and Marketing Ops to ensure our systems scale with the business. As an IC4 GTM Systems Analyst, you’ll join a small but highly impactful team trusted to solve complex technical problems, drive systems strategy, and enable the operational backbone that fuels Honeycomb’s growth.
What you’ll do in the role:
- Own and administer key GTM systems—including Salesforce and our broader 20+ tool ecosystem—ensuring stability, accuracy, and seamless cross-functional integrations.
- Lead the end-to-end analysis, design, and implementation of system enhancements, automations, and workflow optimizations with high autonomy.
- Manage and resolve system tickets with urgency and precision, improving ticket velocity and materially reducing backlog.
- Partner with RevOps leadership to document systems architecture and drive a unified, scalable GTM systems roadmap.
- Implement AI-enabled improvements and low-code/no-code automations to unlock operating leverage across GTM teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce and GTM tooling, advising leaders on system capabilities and best-practice adoption.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Ops to streamline processes, improve data flow, and increase operational efficiency.
- Contribute to system consolidation efforts and long-term initiatives that enhance cross-functional alignment and GTM scalability.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Proven Salesforce administration expertise; ability to independently configure complex workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Deep understanding of GTM systems architecture and how data moves across CRM, marketing automation, engagement, and enablement tools.
- Ability to translate ambiguous or complex business needs into clear technical requirements and scalable systems solutions.
- Experience managing a high-volume ticket queue with strong prioritization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools (e.g., LeanData, Zapier) and the curiosity to leverage AI for efficiency gains.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with comfort owning projects end-to-end, balancing support, execution, and strategic initiatives.
- High autonomy in navigating system dependencies and making decisions that improve operational health and data integrity.
- Background in SaaS GTM environments, with familiarity across Sales, CS, and Marketing processes.
