Job Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Analytics Specialist to help track and optimize performance across paid, owned, and earned channels. You’ll work closely with the team to build dashboards that provide actionable insights, guiding marketing strategy, campaign performance, and key business decisions.

Salary Range: PHP 80,000 starting salary per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position's job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards in Looker Studio from scratch
- Integrate data from Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
- Track and visualize key marketing metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, conversion rates, and campaign performance
- Evolve dashboards as new products, campaigns, and marketing channels launch
- Partner with the Head of Growth to define KPIs, reporting cadence, and visualization needs
- Document dashboard logic, data sources, and calculations for long-term scalability
- Perform ad hoc analyses to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
Must-Have Skills
3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data visualization, or related field
Proficiency in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)
Experience with DTC/eCommerce data from Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript, or paid ad platforms
Strong understanding of performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, conversion rates
Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
Clear communicator capable of explaining insights to non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and managing multiple priorities
Ability to work US hours
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with SQL or database querying
Background in DTC or eCommerce analytics roles
Experience setting up data connectors or APIs for marketing platforms
