Marketing Systems & Data Analyst
Remote Opportunity
As the industry’s pioneering value-based care (VBC) technology platform, Reveleer is purpose-built to solve the most pressing real-world challenges faced by providers and health-plan organizations today. By unifying retrieval, clinical intelligence, risk adjustment, quality improvement, and member management solutions into one intelligent, AI-powered system, Reveleer streamlines fragmented workflows to supercharge productivity, enhance care quality, and optimize performance on high-priority value-based initiatives.
ABOUT THIS ROLE:
As the Marketing Systems & Data Analyst, reporting to the VP of Demand Generation Marketing, you’ll help keep our marketing tech stack and data foundation reliable and campaign ready. You’ll maintain clean, consistent data across our CRM and marketing automation tools, support accurate tracking across key lead lifecycle touchpoints, and ensure reporting is dependable for understanding performance and ROI. This is a great role for someone early in their career who’s excited to learn quickly, take ownership of foundational work, and make an immediate impact on how marketing performs.
You’re detail-oriented and naturally curious, with a strong “measure twice, launch once” mindset. You enjoy turning messy data into clarity, building dashboards that tell a story, and spotting process gaps before they become bigger issues. You’ll partner closely with Marketing and RevOps to support lead lifecycle workflows, campaign operations, and reporting, bringing structure, consistency, and confidence to how we track, measure, and scale pipeline impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Build and maintain marketing automation and data flows (imports/exports, list syncs, form/UTM capture) to keep lead and contact records accurate across systems.
· Set up and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting for marketing performance, lead conversions, email, ads, and campaign ROI.
· Support lead lifecycle processes: lead handoff, scoring inputs, lifecycle stage logic, and SLA reporting in partnership with RevOps.
· Execute campaign operations tasks: building lists, ensuring correct segmentation, validating suppression logic, and confirming campaign assets are tracked correctly.
· Monitor data quality (duplicates, missing fields, invalid values) and run routine cleanup processes; escalate systemic issues with recommendations.
· Audit and validate conversion tracking across key lead touchpoints (forms, key CTAs, landing pages) to ensure reliable attribution and reporting.
· Support enrichment and segmentation initiatives (firmographic/role-based data, account matching, intent inputs) to improve targeting.
· Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into clear dashboards, views, and analyses.
· Proactively identify gaps in tracking, process, or reporting and propose lightweight improvements that reduce manual work and increase confidence in metrics.
· Assist with system and process documentation to improve consistency and onboarding.
· Contribute to special projects such as new tool evaluations, system migrations, and automation enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Analytics/Statistics, or a related field.
· 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, RevOps support, or a similar role (internship/co-op experience counts).
· Experience building dashboards and recurring reports in BI or reporting tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, HubSpot, Salesforce).
· Strong data skills: comfortable working in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) with pivot tables, lookups, and basic data cleanup/validation techniques.
· Detail-oriented with a strong QA mindset; able to validate tracking/report accuracy and catch inconsistencies before they become problems.
· Clear communicator who can translate stakeholder questions into measurable requirements and document processes in an organized way.
· Curious, proactive problem-solver who enjoys improving systems/processes and reducing manual work through automation.
· Experience in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and CRM systems is a plus.
· Experience in B2B tech/SaaS is a plus.
· Travel may be required occasionally for team meetings or company events.
WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE:
- Competitive salary
- Medical, Dental and Vision benefits
- 401k match
- Generous PTO plan
