Job Description
You as part of tonies:
In this role, you’ll join a thoughtful, curious team dedicated to understanding kids and families across global markets. You’ll support research projects that help the business make better decisions, working with both quantitative and qualitative data. We don’t expect you to be an expert on day one—what matters most is curiosity, attention to detail, and an interest in learning how consumer insights come to life in a real business setting.
This internship offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and meaningful contribution. You’ll collaborate closely with teammates and partners across the company, including global and regional stakeholders and you’ll see how research and insights directly influence marketing, product, and strategy decisions.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
What You’ll Do
Support quantitative and qualitative research projects
Help review and QA surveys, reports, and data outputs for accuracy and clarity
Assist with data cleaning, data analysis and organization
Pull insights from internal and external research tools
Help summarize findings into clear, easy to understand takeaways and recommendations for stakeholders
What You’ll Learn

What we are looking for:
Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program
Interest in consumer research, analytics, or behavioral insights
Basic working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel and/or Google Sheets)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Comfortable working with data and learning new tools
Curious, thoughtful, and eager to learn
Clear written and verbal communication skills

Duration: June 1 – August 8
Part-time: up to 30 hours/week
Compensation: $25/hour
Eligibility: Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program
Location: US East Coast (Remote)
