Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a Middle / Senior Web Analyst who can turn data into clear insights that help improve our web product experience and drive measurable business results. You will work closely with the Web Product team, supporting them with high-quality analytics, well-structured reporting, and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Web Product team with data-driven insights and help identify opportunities for product improvement
  • Set up and maintain data collection processes (GTM, GA4, events) to ensure accurate and consistent tracking
  • Build dashboards and regular reports for key product and funnel metrics
  • Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and cohorts to uncover patterns and growth opportunities
  • Assist in designing and evaluating A/B tests and product experiments; communicate clear conclusions
  • Maintain and update ETL or data-preparation workflows under guidance from senior analysts or engineers
  • Contribute to improving our internal BI ecosystem and ensuring data reliability

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Web Analyst or Product Analyst
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Amplitude, or similar)
  • Good knowledge of product metrics and analytical approaches: conversion, retention, funnels, cohorts
  • Proficiency in SQL and basic scripting (Python is a plus) for data extraction and analysis
  • Experience building dashboards in tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI
  • Practical experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present findings clearly

Nice to Have

  • Experience with BigQuery, Redshift, or other data warehouse solutions
  • Familiarity with advanced experimentation frameworks
  • Understanding of user behavior in scalable or high-traffic web products

We offer:

  • A passionate, skilled team with zero bureaucracy — just results
  • Competitive salary that lets you focus on your work and personal growth
  • Professional development: access to courses, workshops, and a corporate library
  • 20 days of paid vacation, health insurance, and regular sports activities
  • A collaborative culture: team buildings and fun events inside and outside the office
