Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior OpenShift Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in OpenShift Cluster design, performance tuning, automation, and capacity planning, as well as experience in infrastructure technologies. This position involves providing technical leadership, working directly with clients, and delivering robust, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Informatica‑based data integration, ETL/ELT, and data quality solutions.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical designs.
- Configure, develop, and optimize mappings, workflows, and sessions in Informatica tools.
- Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to define target data architectures and integration patterns.
- Support data migration initiatives, including source analysis, mapping, transformation rules, and validation.
- Implement and enforce best practices for performance tuning, error handling, and reusability in Informatica projects.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment guides.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and code reviews for junior consultants and developers.
- Participate in pre‑sales activities: effort estimation, solution proposals, demos, and client workshops.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across environments (dev/test/prod) and ensure stable operations after go‑live.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Informatica tools
- Strong SQL skills and experience with major relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2).
- Experience working in data warehousing, BI, or data migration projects.
- Good understanding of data integration patterns, data modeling concepts, and data quality principles.
- Experience working in client‑facing consulting roles, including workshops and stakeholder management.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with big data or modern data platforms
- Familiarity with DevOps/DataOps practices and CI/CD for data integration solutions.
