Job Description

Title: Senior Data Engineer

Location: Remote

Duration: C2H

Salary: 1-2Lkhs Per Month

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 6+ years experience architecting and building large scale data platforms
  • Experience architecting and building large-scale data platforms, including data lakes and data marts
  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role, with a strong background in database design and development
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling tools, and ETL processes
  • Knowledge of reporting Looker, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Knowledge with Google BigQuery or equivalent
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms with GCP preferred
  • Experience using big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with event-driven architecture and streaming data processing frameworks like Kafka, Spark, Flink is a plus
  • Knowledge of Postgres is a plus
