Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Analyst to team a project development, management, and optimization of critical Power BI visualizations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with complex data models, integrating diverse data sources, and delivering high-performance visualizations to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain the semantic data model that pulls data from SharePoint lists, Microsoft Excel, and Azure Dataverse.

· Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure efficient performance and accurate data representation.

· Improve calculation speed and overall report responsiveness through best practices in DAX, data modeling, and query optimization.

· Integrate new data sources seamlessly into existing Power BI models, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

· Debug, troubleshoot, and repair any issues related to data refreshes, visualizations, or data accuracy.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective Power BI solutions.

· Document data models, processes, and best practices for ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience managing complex Power BI projects, including semantic modeling and data integration.

· Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling best practices.

· Experience working with SharePoint lists, Microsoft Excel, and Azure Dataverse.

· Ability to optimize report performance and improve calculation speeds.

· Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving data and visualization issues.

· Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance considerations in Power BI.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

· Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are a plus.
