SalesCloser.ai currently has the position of Revenue Operations Manager available, and we’re excited to tell you about it!

OVERVIEW
We are searching for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.  This is a fully remote position, and the successful individual could be based anywhere in the world. You will work with an amazing team, building relationships and ensuring the products and services offered by SalesCloser.ai are utilized by clients throughout Canada and the US.

The Revenue Operations Manager owns end-to-end revenue execution and data integrity across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. This role is the single source of truth for: Revenue performance, Forecasting accuracy, GTM tooling and systems, Compensation and commissions and Revenue analytics and modelling.

Initially, this is a hands-on, foundational role. Over time, it will scale into a strategic RevOps leadership position, evolving into function-specific operations (Sales Ops, CS Ops, Marketing Ops). In collaboration with the Sales Department, the Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for the success of SalesCloser.ai.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue Operations Ownership
• Own end-to-end revenue tooling (CRM, forecasting, enablement, analytics)
• Maintain data hygiene, lifecycle integrity, and system reliability
• Define and enforce pipeline stages, definitions, and rules of engagement
Forecasting & Reporting
• Produce accurate revenue forecasts aligned with VP Sales & CS
• Build executive-ready dashboards and reporting for leadership and the board
• Identify risks, gaps, and upside in pipeline and renewals
Compensation & Commissions
• Own commission and bonus calculations for Sales and Customer Success
• Ensure payouts are accurate, auditable, and aligned to plan design
• Partner with Finance on approvals, payouts, and variance analysis
GTM Analytics & Modelling
• Partner with Finance on revenue modelling and scenario planning
• Track funnel performance from lead → close → retention
• Provide insights that drive GTM strategy and resource allocation
Cross-Functional Partnership
• Act as connective tissue between Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance
• Support leadership with data-backed recommendations
• Prepare the org for future specialization across RevOps functions
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 5–8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Analytics
• Strong hands-on experience with: CRM ownership (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent), Forecasting and pipeline management and Commission and incentive compensation modelling
• A degree or diploma that contributes to the organization is considered an asset
• Highly analytical with strong financial and data literacy
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from zero
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
• Experience supporting high-growth SaaS or recurring revenue models preferred
• Must be technical, analytical, results-driven and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of an additional language is an asset.
  
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Given the nature of this role, it is expected that the successful candidate will provide their own workstation, computer, headset, and have a fast and reliable internet connection. This position may be required to download and utilize company software.
• Due to the nature of this role, we may verify backgrounds, including conducting employment reference, criminal record and credit checks.
• Once hired, the successful candidate must provide a valid government-issued photo ID as part of their onboarding process.
• The individual must be prepared to work standard business hours based on Pacific time.
