Position Description

    • The ServiceNow Business Analyst will design and implement ServiceNow workflows to automate RMF activities, approvals, evidence collection, and reporting. 

Position Responsibilities

    • Gather and document RMF process automation requirements 
    • Design ServiceNow workflows to support RMF lifecycle activities 
    • Collaborate with cybersecurity and RMF stakeholders 
    • Support testing, deployment, and user adoption 
    • Continuously improve RMF automation capabilities 

Position Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field 
    • 5+ years of ServiceNow Business Analyst experience 
    • Experience designing workflows, forms, and integrations 
    • Familiarity with RMF or GRC processes preferred 
    • ServiceNow certifications preferred 
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance is required
