for our client we are looking for a "US Tax Reporter Legal Changes" .

Description: Monitor for new federal or state regulatory changes mandating new HR form requirements for employers to support the product development team with development and update of system processes impacted by the updated form requirements.

Scope of Services / Deliverables - 

Monitor for new federal or state regulatory changes mandating new HR form requirements for employers in order to apprise the product team so they may be able to respond to customer inquiries and/or consider future product enhancements.

- Supporting Product Development team with development/approval of Product Requirement Documentation (as required) to update system processes as a result of updated form requirements.

- Research and monitor for legal changes of support US Tax Reporter forms and corresponding electronic filing requirements (Canada, if needed).

- Create specification document on current form requirements and what is changing (delta so PM and Dev know what to change).

- Answer questions related to Tax Reporter forms for US.

- Communicate with various teams.
