Job Description

ELEKS Artificial Intelligence Office is looking for a Data Scientist in Ukraine

ABOUT PROJECT

The project is a financial product that includes an accounting solution, data management solution, performance management, insurance, risk management, and related components.

REQUIREMENTS

    • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or data science, preferably in financial services
    • Deep knowledge of applied data science, AI/ML, and Generative AI / LLM
    • Proven hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, and Keras
    • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and analytics methodologies
    • Prior working knowledge of:  computer programming; mathematics and analytics methodology; big data technologies; distributed computing; Communication of complex analytical results
    • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop AI/ML and Generative AI / LLM models to solve business challenges
    • Apply advanced machine learning and deep learning techniques to generate insights from data
    • Develop, test, and deploy scalable and robust AI models and pipelines
    • Communicate results and implications of AI initiatives to technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, strategic goals, KPIs, and reporting requirements
    • Establish relationships to obtain data and subject matter expertise required for advanced analytics
    • Demonstrate proactivity, ownership, and accountability in problem-solving
    • Ensure data science solutions align with business and operating results
