About the Role:

 

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Analytics Consultant to join our growing Analytics team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-impact BI and AI solutions. You will work with cutting-edge technologies such as Alteryx, Dataiku, Sigma, Thoughtspot, Power BI, and Snowflake, while collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. As a senior consultant, you will play a leadership role in ensuring the successful delivery of data solutions that help clients maximize the value of their data.

 

You will bring a combination of technical expertise and strong communication skills to drive solutions, mentor junior team members, and provide strategic insights for clients. You will also lead the data analytics initiatives and contribute to the continuous development and growth of Billigence’s analytics offering.

What You’ll Do:

 

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality data solutions using various technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, define analytics requirements, and develop customized solutions.
• Manage end-to-end solution delivery, from data collection and preparation to the development of dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Prepare and present advanced predictive and prescriptive models to inform strategic business decisions.
• Lead the development of efficient data pipelines to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide coaching to help them advance in their technical skills and career growth.
• Provide training and support for business users to effectively leverage BI tools in making data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics, constantly refining your skills and obtaining relevant certifications.

What You’ll Need:

 

• Strong proficiency in data analysis and analytics automation.
• Expertise in SQL and database query management.
• Proficient in visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or ThoughtSpot for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
• Experience with cloud-based data warehouses like Snowflake or Databricks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on addressing complex data challenges.
• Experience leading projects and teams to deliver data-driven solutions on time and within budget.
• Excellent soft skills, including strong communication and collaboration abilities to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior team members, offering guidance in both technical and professional aspects.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning new tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
