Your Role
You are passionate about organic growth, content performance, and user experience? You enjoy working at the intersection of content, data, UX, and technology? As (Associate) SEO Manager at FINN, you will help drive sustainable organic growth by improving FINN’s visibility across search engines and emerging AI-driven discovery platforms. You will work closely with the Organic Growth and Marketing team that ensures FINN’s website is discoverable, intuitive, and trustworthy, and optimized for both humans and machines.

Your Responsibilities
- Drive SEO strategy execution: Support and execute FINN’s SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, visibility, and sustainable growth.
- Keyword, intent & landing page optimization: Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis and translate insights into high-performing, user-centric content and page structures.
- UX-led SEO collaboration: Work closely with Content, Product, Design, and Engineering teams to improve information architecture, page templates, and content experiences.
- Technical SEO support: Identify and help resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, internal linking, and site performance in collaboration with Engineering.
- AI & LLM visibility: Improve content clarity, structure, and trust signals to support visibility in AI-powered search, assistants, and generative results.
- Off-page SEO & authority building: Support backlink acquisition and digital PR initiatives by identifying link opportunities, monitoring backlink profiles, and improving FINN’s domain authority.
- Experiment, learn, and push creative boundaries: You constantly test new formats, trends, and ideas, keeping our website fresh, bold, and ahead of the curve.
Your Profile
- Graduated top of your class with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or similar.
- 1–2+ years of professional experience in SEO, content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar field, with a strong interest in AI-driven search and discovery (e.g. LLMs and emerging search interfaces).
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page SEO, keyword research, technical basics, content optimization, backlinks).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret search, UX, and performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Creative, curious, and comfortable thinking beyond standard SEO playbooks to develop innovative ideas and experiments.
- Strong communication skills, able to clearly explain insights, ideas, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
- German as a mother tongue, fluent in English.
- Genuine interest in digital growth, e-commerce, and the mobility industry.
