Overview:
This role is suited for a performance-focused LinkedIn B2B Ads Specialist with deep experience running campaigns aimed at B2B buyers. You will own the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of LinkedIn advertising efforts, with a strong emphasis on lead quality, cost efficiency, and pipeline contribution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. LinkedIn Ads Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns targeting B2B decision-makers
- Build and optimize campaigns within LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Develop and test ad copy, creatives, and offers across funnel stages
- Implement and optimize LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms and conversion tracking
2. Optimization & Performance Management
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for CPL, CTR, and lead quality
- Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, messaging, and formats
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency and quality
3. Reporting & Insights
- Track and analyze key performance metrics and funnel conversion data
- Produce clear performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align ads with sales and training initiatives
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads for B2B companies
- Proven ability to generate qualified leads at scale
- Strong understanding of B2B audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategy
- Experience optimizing campaigns beyond vanity metrics
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of results
- EST working overlap preferred
