Job Title: Creator Growth Associate
Job Type: Full-time / Remote

Job Overview:

Our client, a fast-growing gut health and wellness brand, is looking for a Creator Growth Associate to fuel the top of their TikTok creator funnel. In this role, you will recruit, activate, and scale high-performing creators while contributing directly to revenue growth and creator-led GMV. This is a highly execution-focused role centered on outbound outreach, creator relationships, and building systems that turn creator partnerships into measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and recruit high-potential TikTok creators through outbound outreach, creator discovery tools (TikTok, Fastmoss, Euka), and affiliate platforms
  • Leverage EUKA and other affiliate messaging tools to build, manage, and scale a robust creator pipeline
  • Build, send, and iterate on target plans for priority creators, verticals, and competitor brand talent
  • Promote and grow the brand’s Discord creator community to onboard and engage new creators
  • Partner with Promotions and TikTok leadership to align creator recruitment with upcoming campaigns
  • Track and report on creator recruitment progress, performance, and GMV impact
  • Acquire and activate high-performing creators from adjacent and competing brands

Must-Have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce
  • Strong outbound communication and negotiation skills across email, Discord, and social DMs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple creator pipelines simultaneously
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable performance and revenue growth
  • Ability to work independently with full ownership of assigned responsibilities
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style work environment

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate platforms, or creator CRM tools (e.g., Euka)
  • Experience building or managing Discord or online creator communities
  • Background in sales or negotiation-heavy roles
  • Bilingual (Spanish reading and writing preferred)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%) for live creator or industry events
