Job Description

CRM Coordinator / Assistant / Associate (Email & SMS)

Location: Remote (Eastern Time working hours preferred)
Reports to: CRM Manager or Head of Lifecycle Marketing

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Coordinator / Assistant / Associate to support our CRM and Lifecycle Marketing efforts across email and SMS. This role is execution-focused and ideal for someone who loves process-driven work, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys collaborating cross-functionally to ensure campaigns launch flawlessly.

You’ll work closely with CRM, creative, marketing, and data teams to build, QA, and deploy campaigns that support customer engagement and retention.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns, with opportunities to support automated flows over time
  • Manage and execute signup units, ensuring accuracy, proper tracking, and performance validation
  • Create, maintain, and QA audience segments and suppression lists
  • Own campaign QA, including deliverability checks, UTM tagging, and link validation
  • Coordinate assets, campaign timelines, testing, and approvals
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and data teams to ensure campaigns align with broader lifecycle goals
  • Monitor campaign performance and help identify or troubleshoot execution or deliverability issues

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital campaign coordination
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar platforms (HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Solid understanding of audience segmentation, UTM parameters, and deliverability best practices
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Availability to work Eastern Time (ET) hours

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SMS marketing platforms
  • Basic HTML or email template editing skills
  • Familiarity with QA tools and campaign reporting dashboards
