We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Search) to join Wrike’s in-house Paid Digital team. You’ll run and optimize Google Ads campaigns that help us attract and engage B2B audiences globally. The role offers strong mentorship and the opportunity to deepen your expertise in performance marketing, working alongside experienced specialists in a data-driven environment.

About the Role:

  • Create and optimize paid digital campaigns across Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
  • Regularly monitor and adjust budgets, targets and bids based on performance data to enhance user acquisition and ROI.
  • Conduct keyword and audience research to inform targeting and campaign structure.
  • Build and maintain performance reports, sharing insights and recommendations with your team lead.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop effective ad copies, optimize landing pages, and conduct A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
  • Experiment with new AI tools and automation features to improve workflow efficiency and campaign performance.

Your Impact:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, focusing on Paid Search campaigns. Experience in a B2B company is a plus.
  • Experience with keyword research and audience segmentation to optimize reach and performance.
  • Familiarity with Excel and BI analytics tools, or a willingness to learn them during onboarding.
  • Interest in or prior experience with AI-based tools for campaign management or reporting (Google Ads automation features, ChatGPT, etc).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset, curiosity to test new ideas, and eagerness to learn from data.
