Job Description

We're looking for a proactive, organized, and creative Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow our organic presence across key channels, support email marketing efforts, and execute event operations. You’ll be the connector between our brand, audience, and team—bringing our voice to life on LinkedIn, keeping our community engaged through email, and ensuring we show up strong at key industry events.

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, organized, and creative Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow our organic presence across key channels, support email marketing efforts, and execute event operations. You’ll be the connector between our brand, audience, and team—bringing our voice to life on LinkedIn, keeping our community engaged through email, and ensuring we show up strong at key industry events.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s part marketer, part community-builder, and part logistics master. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, keep a finger on the pulse of what’s happening in our space, and make sure the small but essential things don’t fall through the cracks.

About Stacker

Stacker is revolutionizing how brands connect with audiences through earned media. Our platform helps marketers extend the reach of their content by seamlessly integrating with a network of thousands of trusted news publishers. By combining data-driven storytelling with a newsroom of expert journalists, we ensure that brand stories aren’t just seen—they make an impact.

At our core, Stacker solves one of content marketing’s biggest challenges: distribution. Unlike traditional PR and paid syndication, we offer a scalable way for brands to earn media placements by creating newsroom-ready content that publishers want to run. This model empowers brands to engage audiences organically while giving publishers access to quality stories that drive engagement.

As a bootstrapped, fast-growing company, we’re resourceful, innovative, and committed to building an inclusive, equitable culture. We are a remote-first team that values ownership, integrity, and collaboration—offering flexible schedules, unlimited vacation, an employee equity program, and full health & dental coverage. We champion long-term impact over short-term gains and believe in empowering our team with autonomy and opportunities for career growth.

What You'll Do

LinkedIn (Organic Social)

  • Own our company’s organic LinkedIn presence: plan, write, schedule, and publish posts aligned with our voice and strategy

  • Monitor and engage with comments, DMs, and relevant industry conversations

  • Identify relevant posts, creators, and trends for the team to engage with

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (execs, sales, etc.) to amplify priority content and campaigns

  • Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy accordingly

Email Marketing

  • Build and deploy email newsletters and nurture campaigns in our email platform

  • Maintain audience segmentation and ensure timely, relevant communication

  • Work with content team to develop assets when needed

  • Monitor performance (opens, CTRs, conversions) and continuously improve campaigns

Event Operations

  • Support logistics for industry events, conferences, and trade shows

  • Book furniture, signage, swag, and other booth needs

  • Coordinate with vendors, manage timelines, and ensure smooth onsite execution

  • Help create pre- and post-event email and LinkedIn campaigns to drive awareness and engagement

What You Bring

  • 2+ years experience in marketing, community, events, or related roles

  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail

  • Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot (or similar), Notion/Asana, Google Workspace

  • A proactive mindset—you’re quick to identify opportunities and run with them

  • Organized and adaptable—you can juggle multiple deadlines and still keep things moving

  • Bonus: Experience working in a startup, B2B SaaS, or fast-paced content environment

Why Join Us?

  • You’ll have a visible impact on the brand’s voice and presence

  • Work closely with a small, ambitious team that values creativity and autonomy

  • Learn and grow across disciplines—content, marketing, and ops

  • Opportunity to help shape how we show up in our market and build community in meaningful ways

We’re a diverse team of storytellers committed to building a more exciting, innovative future for media. As a bootstrapped company, we’re resourceful, fast-moving, and focused on sustainable growth. Our virtual-first culture is rooted in trust, ownership, and collaboration, with a deep respect for each team member’s voice and value. You’ll be joining a company that’s serious about impact—and intentional about how we scale it.
