Were hiring a talented and proactive GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to support a growing personal brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who can own strategy, systems, and designwhile keeping the brand voice consistent across multiple platforms. Youll play a vital role in launching a personal brand, podcast, digital products, and moremaking a real impact on meaningful, mission-aligned work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage lead generation funnels and landing pages using GoHighLevel

  • Design and schedule branded social media content (posts, reels, carousels, audiograms)

  • Repurpose long-form content into engaging visuals

  • Set up email/SMS automations and campaigns via GoHighLevel

  • Upload and manage digital products and online storefronts

  • Monitor and engage in inbox messages, DMs, comments, and groups

  • Maintain a clean, organized calendar and inbox

  • Create digital lead magnets, planners, workbooks, and guides

  • Edit and schedule podcast episodes and promotional content

  • Collaborate with the client to improve workflows and team operations

Must-Have Skills:

  • GoHighLevel Expert: Workflows, forms, pipelines, automations, SMS & email marketing

  • Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute aligned content campaigns

  • Graphic Design: Canva (or Adobe) skills for branded digital content

  • Tech & Funnel Savvy: Confident in building and connecting all funnel elements

  • English Fluency: Strong verbal and written communication
