We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Associate, LATAM to join our team! We are seeking someone who is curious, relationship-oriented, self-motivated, and excited to help build a new market from the ground up.

As our Marketing Associate, LATAM, you will support Loadsmart’s entry into the Latin American market by combining sales, marketing, and relationship-building. You’ll generate qualified opportunities, localize marketing efforts, and act as the bridge between our U.S. teams and LATAM’s relationship-driven logistics landscape.

DEPARTMENT: Growth Marketing
LOCATION: Mexico (Remote)

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

    • Build and manage a prospect pipeline through direct outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and regional events
    • Identify and map key decision-makers across mid-market shippers, 3PLs, and logistics tech companies
    • Conduct discovery conversations and qualify prospects based on pain points and buying signals
    • Localize Loadsmart’s messaging, collateral, and case studies for LATAM audiences
    • Create region-specific assets such as 1-pagers, intro decks, and customer stories
    • Support industry events and conferences by driving lead generation and brand awareness
    • Provide competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and market insights to refine the GTM strategy
    • Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline health, and report weekly on opportunity status
    • Measure event impact and relationship-building progress to inform leadership decisions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Native or fluent Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English
    • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing roles
    • Proven ability to build rapport, conduct discovery, and engage in relationship-based selling
    • Ability to work independently in an emerging market while coordinating with U.S.-based teams
    • Comfortable traveling 20–30% across LATAM for events and customer meetings.
    • Strong organizational skills with experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred)
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create structure, processes, and local insights from scratch
