Job Description
About the Role:
We’re hiring a Paid Ads Manager to plan, launch, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok. You’ll manage $2K–$30K+ in monthly ad spend, collaborate with our team on targeting and creative testing, and deliver insights that drive real results—especially for ecommerce brands. If you're data-driven, proactive, and confident working directly with clients, this role is for you.
Core Tasks:
- ● Design, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms
 - ● Work with team for keyword and audience research to guide campaign strategies
 - ● Monitor budget allocation and performance of all paid ad campaigns
 - ● Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights
 - ● Provide basic reporting on campaign performance as needed
 - ● Collaborate with design team for assets to leverage and A/B test in campaigns
 - ● Perform other marketing and lead-gen related tasks as needed
 
Must-Have:
- ● 3+ years managing paid ads campaigns on Google
 - ● Experience managing spend of $2k - 30k+ per month (preferably ecommerce brands)
 - ● Intermediate experience in Google Sheets / Excel for basic campaign reporting
 - ● Familiarity with ad targeting and segmentation techniques
 - ● Strong written and verbal English communication skills
 - ● Ability to work CST
 
Nice-to-Have:
- ● Experience working in an agency environment (US experience preferred)
 - ● Hands on experience working directly on client accounts
 - ● Certifications in Meta Ads and / or Google Ads
 - ● Experience with Meta, & TikTok Ads
 - ● Creative skills in ad copywriting and basic design principles
 - ● Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal comms
