Job Description: We are seeking a creative and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our website traffic and increase user engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of various digital channels, including Google algorithms, social media platforms, and email marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to increase website traffic and user engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report key metrics and trends of digital marketing campaigns, and implement optimization strategies accordingly.
  • Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine ranking and drive organic traffic through Google algorithms.
  • Design and manage social media advertising campaigns to increase brand exposure and user engagement.
  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies to enhance user retention rates and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and email marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in Google algorithms and analytics tools.
