Job Description
We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in marketing and automations to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
- Build and manage the company’s lead generation and automation ecosystem inside GoHighLevel;
- Execute a custom GoHighLevel website build using provided content (no templates), ensuring a polished, conversion-focused, and SEO-optimized structure;
- Implement written content exactly as provided, improving layout, readability, and flow where needed;
- Design pages that are clean, professional, easy to navigate, and optimized for lead capture;
- Complete the initial website build within 7 days, using the existing global header and footer;
- Build and maintain GoHighLevel systems including: funnels, landing pages, forms & surveys, calendars & pipelines;
- Create new lead intake and manage automation workflows such as automated emails & SMS follow-ups, lead nurturing campaigns, and task creation & internal notifications;
- Implement full client journeys, including automated emails, contract delivery, e-signature workflows, and status-based automation;
- Maintain CRM organization, tagging, segmentation, workflow logic, and campaign performance;
- Support ongoing marketing tasks such as website updates, blog posting (SEO-friendly formatting), Facebook posting, and monitoring incoming leads;
- Ensure automations and workflows trigger correctly at all times;
- Proven experience building custom (non-template) websites inside GoHighLevel;
- Strong understanding of funnels, lead magnets, and conversion optimization;
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel workflows, email and SMS automation, and CRM pipelines and segmentation;
- Ability to take provided content and structure it effectively, improve readability and flow, and optimize for conversion and SEO;
- Strong technical mindset with understanding of how systems and automations connect;
- Marketing background (not design-only);
- Experience with lead qualification systems, client onboarding workflows, and contract/e-signature automations;
- SEO fundamentals;
- Experience with Facebook posting and scheduling;
- Long-term GoHighLevel account management experience is a strong plus;
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions precisely, and meet deadlines;
- Work from home;
- Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
- Starting salary between 4$ - 7.50$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
