Location: Poland (Warsaw region, hybrid ~60% remote / 40% onsite)
Employment: Full-time (via third-party payroll)

About the Opportunity:

We are supporting a fast-growing technology and advisory business operating at the intersection of Life Sciences, AI, data analytics, and digital transformation.

The company builds enterprise-grade platforms used by global pharmaceutical, MedTech, healthcare, and insurance organisations to drive data-driven decision-making.

As part of continued platform expansion, they are hiring a Senior React Developer to build scalable, high-performance frontend applications used in complex, data-heavy environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-scale React applications

• Develop reusable, modular frontend components and libraries

• Translate UX/UI concepts into fast, responsive, accessible interfaces

• Optimise frontend performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility

• Integrate React applications with REST / GraphQL backend APIs

• Work closely with backend engineers, data teams, and product stakeholders

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical decision-making

• Own frontend quality, code standards, and delivery outcomes

Must-Have Experience:

• 6–10 years of hands-on frontend development

• Strong, current React.js expertise (Hooks, Context API, state management)

• Advanced JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

• Experience with modern styling frameworks (Tailwind, CSS-in-JS, SCSS)

• Proven integration with backend APIs

• Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel) and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

• Background in Life Sciences (Pharma, MedTech, Healthcare, Health Insurance, Consumer Health)

• Valid work authorisation for Poland

• Ability to travel to Warsaw client site on short notice (within ~90 minutes)

Nice to Have:

• Strong UI/UX sensibility in data-heavy products

• Performance optimisation at scale

• Mentoring or technical leadership exposure

• Experience in consulting or global delivery environments
