Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Webflow Developer who enjoys turning templates, copy, and creative assets into polished, high-performing websites. You’ll work mainly with WordPress and Webflow, collaborating with design, SEO, and internal teams to build, update, and optimize sites that are clean, functional, and user-friendly.

This role is perfect for someone who loves structured builds, clean layouts, and improving existing websites—not starting from scratch every time.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Website Build & Updates

  • Build websites using WordPress and Webflow templates (copy and creative will be provided)
  • Create and publish landing pages using existing layouts
  • Upload and manage website content provided by clients or internal teams
  • Refresh pages, update content, fix broken links, and maintain overall site health

Enhancements & Optimization

  • Implement new features and functionality using plugins and light customization
  • Work closely with the SEO team to optimize pages for search engines
  • Ensure websites are responsive, visually consistent, and user-friendly

Collaboration

  • Communicate clearly with internal teams using Slack and Gmail
  • Follow designs and layouts from Figma and Adobe mockups with strong attention to detail

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of front-end web development experience
  • 2+ years building websites with WordPress
  • 2+ years experience using Webflow
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience working with Figma
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to work PST hours

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience implementing Rebuy launch packages
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
  • Light coding and customization experience
  • Familiarity with PHP for basic backend tasks
  • Comfortable using Slack and Gmail for internal communication
