Challenge

We are assisting a U.S.-based SaaS company in expanding its engineering team with an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer focused on building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using modern architectures and AI-powered workflows.

What You’ll DoBuild and enhance scalable SaaS applications using .NET and Angular.
Implement high-performance backend services with C#, .NET, Entity Framework, and SQL databases.
Develop modern and responsive front-end interfaces (preferably in Angular 16+).
Adopt Shift Left practices, writing unit/integration tests and ensuring high-quality code from the start.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize both backend and frontend systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and leadership teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience 5+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS or enterprise application development.
Backend

Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
Solid experience with Entity Framework.
Deep understanding of relational databases, query optimization, and performance tuning (SQL Server / Postgres).

Frontend
Angular 16+ strongly preferred (other modern frameworks acceptable).

Engineering Practices:

Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Experience writing unit and integration tests.
Comfortable in a Shift Left development culture.
High commitment to delivering low-defect, high-quality code.
Self-driven, takes ownership, and collaborates effectively across teams.
Clear and confident English communication skills (written and verbal — C1 recommended).

AI & Modern Development

Willingness to work with AI-assisted tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).
Basic–intermediate understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, MCP, RAG, etc.

Bonus Points

Experience implementing DDD, CQRS, or event-driven architectures in production.
Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, New Relic).
Prior experience leading end-to-end delivery in a Shift Left environment with limited QA resources.
Experience with GraphQL.
Experience with AWS (preferred) or other major cloud providers.
