Your Mission
As a Graphic Designer at Daos Hub, your role is pivotal in shaping how the world sees and feels Daos. With our team balancing internal needs and high-energy events, you’ll be a key player in owning one of our design verticals — whether that’s brand and marketing design, event concepting, or visual support for our hub residents. Your work will ensure our identity remains consistent, compelling, and unmistakably Daos across every touchpoint.
Your First 90 Days
- 0–30 Days: Onboard into Daos' culture, systems, and design ecosystem. Audit existing brand assets and understand current design workflows. Align with growth and event teams to map core needs.
- 30–60 Days: Take ownership of recurring sales and marketing materials or event design tasks. Begin contributing to active campaigns and event visuals. Start refining workflows with AI tools.
- 60–90 Days: Deliver full-cycle design support for a major event or campaign. Propose improvements to visual identity or workflow efficiency. Prepare to take long-term ownership of a focused design vertical.
How You’ll Contribute
- Develop cohesive visual assets that reflect Daos Hub's innovative and community-driven brand.
- Design print and digital materials including event branding, promo kits, decks, merch, and internal content.
- Support the visual execution of in-house and global events with high-impact, on-brand designs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, event, and hub teams to align visuals with strategic goals.
- Translate abstract concepts into powerful, emotionally resonant visuals.
- Participate in briefing sessions, brainstorming, and feedback loops to iterate quickly and effectively.
- Build efficient design pipelines leveraging AI tools where possible.
- Uphold and evolve the Daos visual identity to increase brand recognition and market resonance.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a graphic designer.
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work and executed design projects.
- Experience in B2B digital sectors (Tech, Web3, Blockchain, Marketing).
- Knowledge of design theory: composition, typography, color theory.
- Advanced software skills: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.
- Culture fit: you thrive in ambiguity, move fast with intention, and love building from 0 to 1.
- Proficiency with AI visual tools (Midjourney, Krea, Recraft, Weavy).
- 3D design skills (Blender or Cinema 4D).
- Motion design capabilities (Adobe After Effects).
