Team, about the role

We’re building a cutting-edge AI team inside one of the fastest-growing projects at Playrix, a top-grossing title in the global mobile games market.

Our goal is to bring generative AI into the art pipeline, helping artists scale creativity while maintaining a consistent visual style across a huge volume of content.

We’re looking for a Generative AI/ML Engineer (СV/LLM) who’s excited to work at the intersection of technology and visual storytelling. You’ll have the chance to experiment with the latest in diffusion models, fine-tuning, and style control, and to build tools that go straight into production — used by a top-tier art team creating content for tens of millions of players.

This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus). Find out more here.

Tasks

• Conduct fine-tuning of FLUX models on style datasets of our games.

• Customize character styling according to the artistic requirements of the project.

• Use LoRA, DreamBooth, Style Transfer to improve generation quality.

• Select and optimize inference parameters (Guidance Scale, Denoising Steps, Base Shift).

• Collecting and preparing datasets for training models and LORA, tailored to the project's style

• Developing and optimizing pipelines for working with graphics, visualizing processes, and promoting AI within the project.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as machine learning engineer.

• 3+ years of experience in working with Generative AI/LLM and deep learning (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow).

• Experience with diffusion models (Stable Diffusion, FLUX, Imagen).

• Experience with generative models (fine-tuning, LoRA, DreamBooth).

• Experience with ControlNet, T2I-Adapter, Style Transfer tools.

• Understand the principles of dataset preparation and balancing.

• Have basic knowledge of Computer Vision (CNN, image embeddings).

• Experienced in inference customization and image generation.

• Fluent Russian language.
