Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a creative and forward-thinking Machine Learning Engineer to lead innovation at the intersection of artificial intelligence, design, and storytelling. In this role, you will explore and develop cutting-edge ML techniques to automate and enhance the creation of visually compelling and effective presentations. 

Your research will focus on areas such as generative AI, visual layout optimization and multi-modal learning to understand user intent, craft intelligent design suggestions, and bring narrative concepts to life through AI-driven visuals. You'll collaborate with designers, engineers, and product teams to empower users to create stunning, impactful presentations effortlessly.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate AI capabilities into product features and business solutions.
• Research and Innovation: Stay current with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and frameworks. Rapidly prototype and evaluate new techniques to solve business problems
• Fine-tune and Scale: Fine-tune AI models for performance and accuracy, and ensure they are production-ready. Contribute to projects that require cutting-edge technology and innovative approaches.
• AI/ML Model Development: Design, train, test, and optimize machine learning models for a range of applications, with a strong focus on generative AI

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Master's/ PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in deep learning
• Familiarity with methods of training and fine-tuning ML models, ideally in the area of computer vision
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Experience building and deploying ML models in cloud environments
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to move fast in an environment where things are sometimes loosely defined
