About the Role:

Provide support to the Technical team and to assist with the generation of technical detail drawings and layouts, and 3D Revit components.

Qualifications:

    • Technically minded
    • Sound personal presentation
    • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
    • Effective written and verbal presentation skills
    • Effective computer skills required to complete the requirements of the role with emphasis on AutoCAD and Revit software. Creo Parametric is a strong advantage but not a requirement of the role.
    • The ability to work with various stakeholders to understand desired outcomes
    • Adaptability to grown and constantly learn within the role
    • Self-motivated
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Revit and Navisworks

Liases with:

    • Technical team in making sure the safety system designs are correct. Project Installation Manager/Supervisor and Installation crews regarding project layout drawings

Responsibilities:

    • Design verification of sales team layouts
    • Preparation of CAD drawings
    • Transfer of PDF layouts into CAD drawings
    • Undertake software training if required
    • Develop detailed 2D library of RIS components for Architects in AutoCAD
    • Develop detailed 3D library of RIS components for Architects in Revit
    • Project design in Revit for integration into BIM Systems
    • Drive company vehicles in accordance with traffic regulation and company policy if required
    • Must conduct themselves in a responsible manner on job sites, in vehicles and in the company factory and office
    • Adhere to all company OH&S procedures and other relevant company policies
    • Perform other such duties as required which are consistent with the employee’s skill and competence
