Job Description

About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly organised and tech-savvy Agile Project Manager to lead cross-functional collaboration and ensure the successful completion of fast-paced SaaS projects. In this role, you’ll vet and onboard new productivity tools, manage project timelines, provide clear reporting, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. You’ll serve as the go-to contact for internal updates and initiatives, actively resolve bottlenecks, and adapt workflows to meet evolving business needs. 


Core Tasks:

  1. ●  Vet, evaluate, and assist with onboarding new SaaS tools to improve team productivity and internal operations
  2. ●  Maintain project tracker with up-to-date information and status updates across teams
  3. ●  Provide regular reporting and constantly assess project statuses and progress
  4. ●  Facilitate collaboration across departments
  5. ●  Act as the primary point of contact for all internal project updates and initiatives
  6. ●  Drive project timelines, manage risks, and ensure team success 
  7. ●  Adjust workflows and processes in response to changing requirements and feedback
  8. ●  Own executive calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling priorities
  9. ●  Proactively follow up with team members and stakeholders to identify and resolve bottlenecks, thereby advancing projects.

Must-Have:

  • ●  3+ years of experience in project management within a SaaS or tech environment
  • ●  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field 2+ years of experience using Jira, Click-Up, Monday.com or similar agile project management tools
  • ●  Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • ●  Demonstrated understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • ●  Technically fluent — comfortable working alongside engineering and product teams
  • ●  Excellent organizational skills with a strong bias for follow-up and follow-through
  • ●  Ability to work EST hours

Nice to Have:

  • ●  Any relevant professional certifications (Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe, etc.)
  • ●  Familiarity with Slack, Notion, Gmail, and other modern SaaS collaboration tools
  • ●  Experience evaluating and implementing SaaS software across a company
  • ●  Background in executive support, operations, or cross-functional coordination
  • ●  Familiarity with API concepts, integrations, and/or no-code tools (e.g. Zapier, Airtable, Make)
