What will you do?
- You'll help create projects that can revolutionize the insurance industry. These projects may involve developing mobile applications, web portals, or large-scale data processing engines.
- You'll work closely with a team of outstanding designers, developers, testers, Engineering and Product Managers. Your role will involve facilitating smooth Scrum routines and collaborating with our Polish-American teams.
- You'll directly communicate with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to assist in the creation of exceptional products and address significant challenges.
- You'll define project scope and develop an execution plan, leading project teams and managing relationships with our team's projects.
- You'll be managing risks and identify internal and cross team dependencies with team support.
- You'll be responsible for mediating conflicts, clarifying roles and ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams.

- Have 2–6 years of experience in project/program management in tech environment.
- Have experience working in a software house or tech company.
- Are able to understand the company business and present goals of the project to the team.
- Are a well-rounded person with amazing written and spoken communication skills in English (C1/C2) and Polish (C2).
- Are able to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball and communicate clearly with both tech and non-tech teams.
- Understand software development.
- Have experience working in an international environment (US ideally).
- Have worked in small environments (ideally startups/scale-ups).
- Are available in the afternoons – we prioritize everyone’s personal time and work-life fit, but since we work in multinational teams, occasional evening meetings may be necessary to ensure smooth communication across time zones.
- Experience overseeing the development and implementation of data pipelines and analytics platforms.
