About the role
We’re looking for an extremely ambitious individual with high-energy and an ownership mindset who can navigate the fast-paced startup landscape and develop world-class customer success processes. As an early hire on the Thatch for Platforms team, you’ll have a meaningful impact on improving the American healthcare system through building relationships and growing the businesses of our strategic platform partners. What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end sales process with enterprise customers, from initial outreach through contract execution.
- Manage and grow a targeted portfolio of enterprise accounts, creating strategic plans to win new business and expand existing relationships.
- Help shape the company’s platform partnership strategy while designing scalable processes and engagement models.
- Partner cross-functionally with leaders in Sales, Engineering, Product, Finance, and beyond to support platform partner’s ICHRA businesses.
Background we're looking for
- 5+ years in a SaaS customer success, account management, or technical consulting role, with a track record of exceeding retention and expansion goals, with exceptional communications skills - written and verbal
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of a complex product while working directly with executive stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions
- A continuous growth mindset with a desire to work in an extremely fast-paced and results-oriented environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in dynamic situations.
- High ownership mentality focused on improving your craft, enhancing the customer experience, and contributing meaningfully to company goals through proactive problem-solving.

Experience we’d be particularly excited about
- An understanding of healthcare and/or benefits
- Previous experience at a Series A B2B SaaS company
- Success operating independently in a remote environment
- Experience managing complex technical implementations

- 30 minute Zoom meeting with our founders to discuss your approach to culture and our operating principles
