Yo-ho-ho! Then you are exactly the pirate we are looking for!

• Take the helm and feel truly responsible for the success of either our global user-facing website or the editor-facing CMS.
• Steer the ship toward continuous improvement by leading the charge on our key product metrics.
• You'll be instrumental in the whole journey: creating new features from scratch, optimizing the existing parts of our fleet, and having the courage to scuttle what's irrelevant.
• Dive deep into your product’s data to understand what to analyse, based on what data and what patterns to look for. Asking the right questions and start analysis yourself.
• Regularly conduct user research side-by-side with a dedicated Product Designer.
• Working as one dedicated crew day in and day out with our dedicated engineers and your Product Designer.
• Keep the rest of the company informed of our voyage by sharing insights and progress on product metrics, so everyone understands your reasoning.
• Help your part of the product make the great leap into an AI-empowered future.
• Keep your sea legs sharp by staying up to date with the latest product management methods and technologies, and connect regularly with your product peers.

• You bring at least 3+ years of experience in product management.
• Solid project management skills. While we are product-focused and guided by impact, we need you to manage larger initiatives, you're the one steering the entire project ship.
• Proven experience in creating and optimising user facing products in the B2C/E-Commerce waters.
• At least some experience and a huge appetite for product discovery: turning insights from user interviews, prototype testing, and data tracking into clear product movements. 
• Used to and looking forward to working as a close , collaborative team with your product designers and engineers.
• Working closely with your colleagues from the data team to ensure tracking and insights.
• Skilled to talk to stakeholders and build strong, professional alliances across the business fleet.
• Able to navigate between high level overview and detail orientation.
• You possess an outcome-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset and find ways to make things happen.
• Very good English skills.
