Sr. Product Manager - MigrationWiz

Idera’s data tools Product Management team is looking for a talented, experienced Senior Product Manager to join our rapidly growing software company.  This product role is for BitTitan's MigrationWiz, the industry’s premier SaaS solution for cloud migrations of email, collaboration environments and data.

You will be successful in this role if: 

• You can document feature improvement requirements and drive those feature improvements through the development process.
• You are a pragmatic visionary that enjoys interacting with customers and internal stakeholders to formulate business strategies and shape product direction. 
• You are comfortable with feature and requirements definition, customer interviews and surveys, metrics analysis, and competitive analysis. You are particularly adept at synthesizing these inputs into requirements definition. 
• See yourself as a problem solver, able to think creatively to remove obstacles.
• You prefer to be hands-on with your products, able to set up and use what your target users use, putting yourself in their shoes. 
• You are enthusiastic about evangelizing your products including authoring blogs, technical tutorials and delivering webinars.
• You are comfortable in a highly visible position that will interact at all levels within a fast-growing software company. 

Preferred Experience:

• At least 5 years of Product management, product owner or software industry experience.
• Experience using software development tools such as Jira, Confluence
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• A technical background with exposure to cloud environments, data migration and enterprise IT workflow
• Familiarity with the data tools landscape and market trends
